Privacy policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This policy explains what data skrepkapdf.com ("Skrepka", "we") handles and why.
Your files
Most tools (merge, split, compress, rotate, page numbers, watermark, JPG and PDF) work inside your browser. Those files never leave your device and we never receive them.
Visit statistics
We count visits ourselves, without cookies: the page opened, the tool used and whether it worked, the site language, the country, the site you came from and the device type (phone, tablet or computer).
To count unique visitors, your IP address and browser name are turned into a one-way code mixed with a value that changes every day. The IP address itself is not stored, and the code cannot be used to recognise you on another day.
What is stored in your browser
A "lang" cookie remembers the language you chose. Your favourite, recent and most used tools and the chosen colour theme are kept in your browser's local storage. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
Advertising
The site is free and is paid for by ads. It shows ads from Google AdSense and the Yandex Advertising Network. These companies may use cookies and similar identifiers to show ads, including ads based on your interests, and to measure them. They do this under their own policies: policies.google.com/technologies/ads and yandex.com/legal/confidential/.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can turn off personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
Who else processes data
Our hosting provider runs the servers the site works on. Ad networks process data as described above. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and your choice
Ads can only appear after the ad network sets its cookies. If you are in Europe, a banner asks you to accept or decline them before any ad code is loaded; if you decline, no ads and no ad cookies are used. Your choice is saved in your browser (the "skrepka-consent" entry) and you can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" in the page footer. Visitors elsewhere see ads without the banner and can still manage cookies in their browser.
Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your rights
We have no accounts and keep no personal data about you: the visit counters hold no names, emails or IP addresses, and your favourite and recent tools stay in your browser, where you can delete them at any time.
The site is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
